The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. The dining Service Claurinda, Juliano, Julia, Suella, Luna, Michela, Bruna, Olympia & specially Tania. Special thanks & big hug to Claurinda & Giorgia. From Montreal, Canada. We need to say that dinner was perfect! - The staff was very knowledgeable about wine and Italian food. Only one night but we enjoyed it a lot!

The views are amazing, the rooms are clean, breakfast was good. Overall we have had a fantastic trip. But what stood out most is the exceptional service from the staff. We traveled with a 5 month old and above and beyond to make our vacation as good as possible - to a point that dinner was served at our room just so we could enjoy great dinner while looking after our baby. We will be back!

The spa is a must for winding down and relaxing. The food at the restaurant was the best duck I have had in years. All our meals were excellent and the staff was great.
