The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Set in a 12th-century building in Gubbio, Nikis Resort has 2 pools, 3 bars and a restaurant. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned accommodation with wooden-beam ceilings. Location, people and the vibe at the estate was out of this world . Special thanks to Matteo and Roberto :)

Surrounded by countryside at the borders of Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio, Altarocca Wine Resort Adults Only has several buildings, rooms and welness suites. Free parking and free WiFi are available. We booked this hotel last minute. To our surprise it was excellent. Service impeccable, rooms and facilities super clean and modern. Bed and linens extra comfortable. Quality of toiletries excellent. Breakfast was scrumptious, variety of great quality food, and excellent service. We only stayed for 1 night, but we will be back.

A beautiful, extremely clean, and stylish B&B that truly felt like home. The family who run it are so lovely and welcoming — nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. This is the only place in Italy we would return to without hesitation. If I could give 20 out of 10, I would! It’s perfect. Don’t make the mistake of not staying here!

Set in Orvieto, 100 metres from Duomo Orvieto and 22 km from Civita di Bagnoregio, Casa Dolce Casa offers a garden and air conditioning. Upon arrival it was raining and I had an automobile. It is not easy to find your way around in a car, easy on foot, if you're not familiar in the town. I had to park somewhere and make it to the condo on foot. The host are waiting, very welcoming, super helpful, and then drove me around a path I would have never found to get my mom in the car. Then we followed them all the way around another way which I wouldn't have figured out easily to a parking area by the main Cathedral that was very close. The location was great, the place is fantastic, it smells amazing.

My stay at Forma Your Boutique Suite was absolutely perfect. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was super cozy, and all the small details were extremely well thought. Cristina was an incredible host: warm, attentive, and kind. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of the stunning historic town, full of charm and character. It’s peaceful, authentic, and the perfect place to experience the local atmosphere.

Situated 13 km from Duomo Orvieto, 27 km from Civita di Bagnoregio and 47 km from Villa Lante, La Casetta di Mimmi features accommodation located in Castel Viscardo. The owner was extremely helpful and always in contact with us. The home-made pie was excellent.

Situated in Piegaro, 39 km from Perugia Cathedral, I Borghi dell'Eremo features accommodation with pool with a view, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Amazing location. Excellent and welcoming staff. Quality and variety of options at breakfast was great and the lunch menu and food was wonderful. We did not have dinner at the hotel. Spa was great and the team in the spa is helpful and informative.
