A typical Italian breakfast, with hot drinks and pastries, is served daily. A savoury breakfast is available on request. Stayed only one night, but was perfect place to recharge and rewind. The pools were fantastic with amazing views. Room very comfortable with really good cosmetics, I definitely recommend this place.

It is not easy to find your way around in a car, easy on foot, if you're not familiar in the town. I had to park somewhere and make it to the condo on foot. The host are waiting, very welcoming, super helpful, and then drove me around a path I would have never found to get my mom in the car. Then we followed them all the way around another way which I wouldn't have figured out easily to a parking area by the main Cathedral that was very close. The location was great, the place is fantastic, it smells amazing.

The property features garden and inner courtyard views, and is 15 km from Perugia Cathedral. The guest house has family rooms. It is located in the beautiful city, that you probably would not go to see. It was very modern, clean and spacious. You have breakfast served in the apartment, previous night you choose what you want and sent it to the host. Host was so nice and welcoming, she responded very fast and was very helpful. For breakfast if you let her in advance she provides vegan options, so that was perfect. We forgot to let her know in advance, but she still managed to get us a plant based milk. Thank you for that! Parking is near, 3 minutes away, it if for free and outside the ZTL.
