The moment you reach Round Hill, you feel the warmth and the lovely, relaxed vibe. The most charming people have been working here for years / decades and ensuring that guests feel at home. Every single person working here, is a role model for outstanding hospitality. Most beautiful property, with the best of rooms, villas, sports facilities and a gym with an unparalleled view. Just like other guests, we will be back here for sure. Lots of space to relax and to be active. Housekeeping, food, watersports team, all are the best of the best. I'm still glowing from the care and hospitality I was fortunate enough to experience, as well as from my island tan. The food at Hotel Reggae was the best! I'm so in love with the sawfish and/or veggie fritters, Best on the island! It's best not to believe what is said about Jamaica, experiencing Jamaica for yourself is better, for sure! Like I said to one Jamaica mon, "if they lie about Indigenous people, you know they're going to lie about your people". Go feel the LOVE for yourself, believe me! I loved everything about my stay at Hyatt Ziva! The staff there was so kind and welcoming, the room was spotless and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I can remember laying in. The food was very delicious in Jamaica roots restaurant and the buffet…absolutely amazing food! I can not wait to return!
