There’s even a minimart near the station, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. Ok, this place is amazing. I did not expect to find a gem like this and I actually ended up staying a few extra days than I had planned. The free food, free bar, free hot drinks, free miso soup, free massage chairs... that's just the start! The place is full of good stuff. Like the sauna which is lways 100 degrees (yes!) and the excellent onsen. There's brilliant haircare products and skincare products as well as hairdryers and comfortable places to sit and do makeup etc. Loads of free space to relax. A smoking area... it just goes on! The staff were especially helpful. One staff member speaks brilliant English and was icredibly helpful when I needed to extend my stay (twice!!) The sleeping areas are the quietest i've ever been to. I guess they designed them to be really quiet, with sliding doors, carpets etc. I could basically live here.
