Enormous hotel with friendly and efficient staff, and a waterfall. Onson equally large. Ryokan room was very spacious with pleasant outlook. Hotel located close to lake and the included breakfast served a wide range of Asian-style foods.

Capsule with lock, so you can put all your stuff in there. Additional locker, but it was to small to get my big backpack in. Large Spa area with one warm, one hot and one cold pool and a large sauna. Yoi can choose breakfast. Close to the castle.

It’s just next to JR Station. Very accessible to all locations in the town with lots of amenities. After all those sightseeing, nice to soak and relax on their hot bath. Oh yes breakfast is decent but it’s very fillings.😋😊😋😊🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

Great range of facilities outside the room - Coffee on 1st storey, free ramen for supper, ice popsicles and an area to chill while reading manga/ utilise massage chairs after using the onsen, onsen had multiple facilities ranging from sauna, cold dip baths, indoor and outdoor onsen. Breakfast buffet selection was great, featuring a good selection of Japanese and Western cuisine and local food.

Hotel was about a 15-min walk from Aomori Station, located in a slightly quieter part of town but easy to locate. Our room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 3. Breakfast selection was very good, with a wide variety of food and beverage options (loved the apple juice!)

Really nice atmosphere at this hotel. It was a great room with lots space. We had a view of the bridge and could see the sea. There was a free afternoon tea with yummy cakes and drinks. The breakfast was well presented with many choices of food. It was easy walking distance to the train station and we found lots of places to eat dinner. There seemed to be lots of great coffee shops who are doing expresso coffees and drip coffee. The hotel also had a laundry where I could do some washing.

The rooftop spa is excellent! Enjoyed watching snow swirl through the outdoor bath's steam. Breakfast was also great, very nicely presented with many local delicacies. Would have preferred a longer stay.
