The staff were very kind, and we really enjoyed the hotel facilities, and the happy hours! The hotel was sparkly clean and really close to the train station (actually it's above the station itself, but you don't feel it).

Nastanitev Rockwood Hotel & Spa je v mestu Ajigasawa in ima fitnes, vrt ter bar, na voljo pa je tudi brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi. Breakfast was ok, not quite as good as other places. French Dinner was GREAT ! Everything was delicious and well prepared. Even the sauces were great. Would love to eat this food again and stay here again. Onsen was great and the room was beautiful. Also, the view was beautiful.Visitor from Tokyo loved this prpperty,the food and the service.

Nastanitev グランドサンピア八戸 se nahaja v mestu Hachinohe in nudi brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi. Hotel ponuja doživetje spa s savno, z vročo kopeljo in s kopeljo v termalnem vrelcu. The onsen is really good. The views are nice from the room, and they gave us a 2000 yens voucher (we didn't have breakfast included) which we used for the shop. When they came to install the futons, it wasn't the right time for us, so I asked them to not do it now. When it was the right time, I went to reception to ask for it, I think the women who normally do it had finished their shift but two men from the reception came to the room and installed the 4 futons (you had to add the sheets.on the pillows and the blankets too). I didn't realise this wasn't their job until it was too late but I was very thankful they did it especially as the room was small for 4 futons and the tables and it required some tetris skills.
