A 5-minute drive from JR Hakodate Station, Villa Concordia Resort offers spacious rooms with a balcony, a kitchenette and free wired internet. What I loved about Villa Concordia was their ambiance. It was relaxing and close to many attractions around Hakodate. If you’re an early riser, waking up to run along the pier is very beautiful. Or if you like to run hills, the trek up to Mount Hakodate isn’t far either. I loved the attention to detail the workers there have. Before the stay, I’ve had a quick chat with them and the man welcoming us into the hotel had it printed and reviewed the chat with us. There was even a welcome drink and a welcome dessert. Aside from that, all the staff was warm and welcoming. Their hospitality is something that I’ll remember for a long time. I hope I’ll be welcomed to stay the next time we are able to visit Hokkaido!
