The property has everything you need and our room was well appointed. We were giving every toiletry imaginable and some very nice skincare products were available in our room and at the public onsens. The property had 3 restaurants from which we had our meals (which were amazing!!) and the lobby had free espresso in a beautiful area overlooking the river that runs directly next to the property. The food was fresh and we had locally caught fish and locally foraged mushrooms in a soup that was out of this world! The staff were very attentive and generous with their time and energy. Massage was offered onsite and the providers came to our room!

Situated in Minakami, within 36 km of Gala Yuzawa Snow Resort and 39 km of Naeba Ski Resort, Ryokan Tanigawa features accommodation with ski-to-door access and free WiFi as well as free private... Such a wonderful stay! The staff was wonderful, the food was incredible and the onsen was so peaceful. I would love to stay there again.

Everything is perfect. 3 mins walk to station. Onsen is amazing. They have free late night ramen and icecream.

Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant also provided a great selection of food and carry out was available as well.

As soon as I came in there was such a luxerious and relaxing vibe. EVERYTHING about the room is perfect. 100% would recommend.

There were so many things to do. - The entire hotel was in perfect condition - The in-hotel onsen was amazing!!!
