Almost everything; helpliness and cheerfulness of the staff, vast options for the breakfast buffet, quiet neighborhood for a sleep or to stroll around, very easy to take ferry to Miyajimacho island, good size of gym and stunning views of the sea and Hiroshima city floor higher floors.

While dinner time is the japanese course menu. Unfortunately for both the cuisine stays the same, while for breakfast it is undestandable, but for dinner they only changed the appetizer, the other dishes stayed exactly the same, so it could be bland taste if overstaying more than 1-2 nights.

Room was extremely spacious with comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful in preparing the luggage forwarding paperwork to my next hotel, as well as addressing ad-hoc requests such as providing information on the nearest JP post office/takkyubin office to forward parcels back home. Morning buffet offers a wide spread of Japanese options. Hotel facilities is generous with free onsen, ice creams, yoghurt drinks and late night ramen for supper at no added cost. There are also English-speaking staff available on hand for individuals who are unable to converse in Japanese, which is a value-add given that it is primarily a business hotel.
