Our stay exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on photos and reviews of the hotel. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly stood out was the incredible care and support from the staff when we needed medical assistance. During our stay, a member of our group became unwell, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They calmly assisted us in finding medical care, explained everything clearly, and helped with communication, which was especially reassuring since we were not familiar with the local medical system. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thanks to their support, we felt safe, cared for, and well looked after. This level of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. We are extremely grateful to the staff and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially travelers who value attentive and compassionate service.

Boasting spacious public baths, APA Hotel Hiroshima-Ekimae Ohashi is located a 4-minute walk from JR Hiroshima Station. Free WiFi is provided in all rooms. Really comfortable room, all the amenities you would need. Take the bus 10mins to the river saves the legs. Staff were very helpful we had organised our luggage to be sent to our next destination but had to change the address the lady helped us contact our drop off in Tokyo. We got our bags sorted
