يقع Hakone Suimeiso على بعد 3 دقائق سيراً على الأقدام من محطة هاكوني يوموتو و15 دقيقة سيراً على الأقدام من معبد سونجي، ويوفر أحواض استحمام عامة للمياه الحارة ومواقف مجانية للسيارات في الموقع وخدمة... Everything was so nice, the ryokan was clean, close to the station and the staff was so kind. The private onsen was so pretty and having a morning bath on our own balcony was relaxing. The traditional japanese meals were amazing and the futons were good to sleep on. Extra thank you to Sachiko-san for taking care of us.

Opened in 1878, The Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. Amazing level of historical details in each building with each and every detail made in impeccable way. The buildings and rooms themselves are a sight to see.

This place is so special. I stayed in the junior suite with a view of the beach and お富士様 and did not want to leave. It was so beautiful. The staff are wonderful. They go the extra mile to help and assist you. A staff member even drove me to a convenience store and helped me complete the forms to transfer my luggage to the next hotel. The bed is large and comfortable. The linen is great, Lots of pillows. The breakfast delivery to my room every morning was perfect to eat on my balcony watching the world. The tea/coffee maker was great as well The toiletries and complimentary drinks were so thoughtful.

We had a wonderful time at Hakone Gora Karaku hotel, it was the highlight of our first trip to Japan. The Japanese room was incredible, with outstanding views of the mountains and a private onsen. The staff was always attentive and helpful, they make you feel like kings. There is an included bus shuttle to Odawara Station, which is very convenient; make sure to reserve it beforehand. The food is delicious, but please be aware that the Japanese menu may not appeal to everyone. If you are not into raw fish, be sure to select the Western-style menu. Also, if you have the chance, please try Tomura restaurant for dinner; it's a pleasant experience with grilled wagyu and fish - the food is delicious. Thanks again to the staff for making our Hakone stay even more remarkable. Everything went smoothly; the check-in was fast, they helped us with our luggage, and even shipped it to our next destination by our checkout time.

This brand new hotel is one of the best experiences I had in Japan. Great location at Yokohama. We can see Mt. Fuji from our room. The room is clean and spacious. The electric blind is excellent. Woke up, pressed the button and you can see Mt. Fuji on your bed!

I arrived without any plans for my stay, but once I asked for recommendations, they went above and beyond to help me plan and discover the area. Their guidance made my trip so much more enjoyable!. Plus, I had the best dinner experience—delicious food and a great atmosphere that perfectly complemented my stay.

It was an astounding Japanese garden and traditional house in the middle of Hakone. It was quiet and when you go outside you’re greeted by a river and astounding mountain view side. The cabin is quite large and surrounded by ponds and trees. The futon was comfy and the AC was effective driving the cold away. I’m very sad leaving the kotatsu behind. The kaiseki meals are delicious and quite a bit as well I’m always full and haven’t finished the meals.
