The view from the balcony is exceptionally good. You get a good view of the Bay along with the giant Ferris wheel. Room cleanliness and decorations are top notch.

The room was out of this world, and the Onsen was definitely bigger than expected, we did fit in 2 people inside and im 1.87m Yuko made our experience unique and super welcoming, she made us feel at home, arigato gozaimaishita Yuko! 🙇🙇🙇 Don't eat before dinner, cause it's a lot of food!! The view on the river/mountain was the cherry on top Oh and the beds, so comfortable! Absolutely worth every Yen!

This place is so special. I stayed in the junior suite with a view of the beach and お富士様 and did not want to leave. It was so beautiful. The staff are wonderful. They go the extra mile to help and assist you. A staff member even drove me to a convenience store and helped me complete the forms to transfer my luggage to the next hotel. The bed is large and comfortable. The linen is great, Lots of pillows. The breakfast delivery to my room every morning was perfect to eat on my balcony watching the world. The tea/coffee maker was great as well The toiletries and complimentary drinks were so thoughtful.

We had a wonderful time at Hakone Gora Karaku hotel, it was the highlight of our first trip to Japan. The Japanese room was incredible, with outstanding views of the mountains and a private onsen. The staff was always attentive and helpful, they make you feel like kings. There is an included bus shuttle to Odawara Station, which is very convenient; make sure to reserve it beforehand. The food is delicious, but please be aware that the Japanese menu may not appeal to everyone. If you are not into raw fish, be sure to select the Western-style menu. Also, if you have the chance, please try Tomura restaurant for dinner; it's a pleasant experience with grilled wagyu and fish - the food is delicious. Thanks again to the staff for making our Hakone stay even more remarkable. Everything went smoothly; the check-in was fast, they helped us with our luggage, and even shipped it to our next destination by our checkout time.

This brand new hotel is one of the best experiences I had in Japan. Great location at Yokohama. We can see Mt. Fuji from our room. The room is clean and spacious. The electric blind is excellent. Woke up, pressed the button and you can see Mt. Fuji on your bed!

My only regret was that we did not stay longer. The little snack stations dispersed throughout the hotel were lovely, with tasty treats. Beds were extremely Comfort, ryokan was special, the hotel felt so quiet and relaxing, everything was perfect! The dinner was delicious and arguably the best meal of our trip - the dishes were so thoughtful and I appreciated the use of local ingredients.

We had two sets of friends, one that stayed here and another at Senki. We both LOVED the experience. We came during a downpour and the staff were so kind and carried our luggage to our rooms. They even dried the outside of them off. The futons were very comfortable and we all enjoyed our breakfasts. The hot spring options were great! We didn't get to experience the upstairs outdoor one with the view because of the heavy rain though, which was to no fault of their own. They also helped us ship our luggage and call a taxi when we were having trouble with the GO app due to it being a holiday. When we left in the taxi, they helped load our suitcases and they gave us a warm goodbye. Both sets of friends agreed that we highly recommend both here at Yamagaso and Senki.
