The complimentary bikes were a fantastic bonus and allowed us to easily explore the local area at our own pace. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

Spacious, clean and new. Love the onsen at the balcony. Love the cosy lounge with the generous complimentary snacks and drinks. We love to chill out there after dinner. Kaiseki meals were good. Stayed there 3 nights and no repeated dinner menu. Walking distance to train station and Gora park and eateries. Polite staff everywhere.
