Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Amazing experience, everything was perfect. Very beautiful place with lovely scenery, highly recommend.

Wonderful traditional ryokan just a short walk from Hakone-Yumoto station, with stunning views of the river and the forest from the room and the outdoor onsen. It feels secluded and truly idyllic, yet is close to the center. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and we felt very comfortable. Kaiseki-dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented and so delicous. The whole stay was a great experience for us. Absolutly recommended!

Opened in 1878, The Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. The well-preserved building itself was impressive, and I expect it will be a memorable stay. The facilities are all clean and well-maintained.

Set in Fujisawa, within 1.4 km of Katase Higashihama Beach and 10 km of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, BREATH HOTEL offers accommodation with free bikes and free WiFi throughout the property as well as... This place is so special. I stayed in the junior suite with a view of the beach and お富士様 and did not want to leave. It was so beautiful. The staff are wonderful. They go the extra mile to help and assist you. A staff member even drove me to a convenience store and helped me complete the forms to transfer my luggage to the next hotel. The bed is large and comfortable. The linen is great, Lots of pillows. The breakfast delivery to my room every morning was perfect to eat on my balcony watching the world. The tea/coffee maker was great as well The toiletries and complimentary drinks were so thoughtful.

8.3 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station in Hakone, Hakone Gora KARAKU offers accommodation with access to a sauna, hot spring bath and spa facilities. Great location, exceptional social hour(s), the room ans outside onsen was awesome and the food was also great. And don’t forget the free shuttle to and from the train station.

Everything The staff is very welcoming Breakfast is superb ( seems the variation went back to before covid ) real 4-5 start level breakfast Very clean Spacious Luxury feeling

Ideally located in Yokohama, The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, open from September 2020, offers lavishly-decorated air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. The room and view was spectacular. Truly 5 star. The gym was very well equipped and open 24 hours…even Chris Bumsted (Mr Olympia) would have been happy. The spa facilities were excellent.
