This hotel is so very impressive, I will return again and again. For starters, this November 2024, and perhaps twice in 2025 if I have our schedule fixed. Nothing about it is unacceptable !!!

One of the best hotel experience I’ve stayed so far. Spacious, clean and new. Love the onsen at the balcony. Love the cosy lounge with the generous complimentary snacks and drinks. We love to chill out there after dinner. Kaiseki meals were good. Stayed there 3 nights and no repeated dinner menu. Walking distance to train station and Gora park and eateries. Polite staff everywhere.

Ideally located in Yokohama, The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, open from September 2020, offers lavishly-decorated air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. I loved it, staff working there was just super profesional, nice and treating guests with so much care
