Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Onsens are beautiful, amazing facilities with all amenities. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The view is great. A very pleasant stay, would recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast was the best buffet we had in our whole trip. French toast are the best we’ve ever had! Bus stop to go around the area is right at the entrance to the hotel.

In the heart of the Minato-Mirai area, just a minute's walk from Minato-Mirai Station, The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu offers spacious rooms with a balcony, spectacular views of Minato-Mirai and free... Our room was ready when we arrived early and so it was wonderful to be able to check straight in. The room was incredible and exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and view. We arrived via Shinkansen and Minatomirai Line, directly into the hotel from Queen's Square, which also has good restaurant options. We left for Haneda Airport the following afternoon on the bus directly from the hotel having spent a day in the area on foot. It couldn't have been more convenient for out last night in Japan.

The service is excellent and the traditional Japanese food is super nice! All of my family loves this fantastic stay in the hotel very much.

Opened in 1878, The Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. Amazing hotel, historical vibe, great room (our room was in the historical building)

From the moment of stepping onto the property there was a feeling of paradise and peace. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful! The attention to detail was remarkable! The room was gorgeous it was hard to leave! The lounge with snacks and drinks were lovely! The location was ideal both visually as well as getting around to the rope way, open air museum, gora park!

Ideally located in Yokohama, The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, open from September 2020, offers lavishly-decorated air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Everything the staff were very friendly and helpful it was a great experience

We had an incredible stay at Hakone Honbako. My only regret was that we did not stay longer. The little snack stations dispersed throughout the hotel were lovely, with tasty treats. Beds were extremely Comfort, ryokan was special, the hotel felt so quiet and relaxing, everything was perfect! The dinner was delicious and arguably the best meal of our trip - the dishes were so thoughtful and I appreciated the use of local ingredients.
