Amazing and luxurious hotel. Spread over a large area with a large lobby and seating area. Huge rooms decorated in a traditional and modern style. The hot Onsen bath on the balcony is great fun especially on snowy nights like the one we spent. Excellent breakfast - a large selection with dishes from Japanese and Western cuisine. Great staff that provides professional, friendly and pleasant service.

In the heart of the Minato-Mirai area, just a minute's walk from Minato-Mirai Station, The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu offers spacious rooms with a balcony, spectacular views of Minato-Mirai and free... The view from balcony was awesome, we could the lovely night view of Ferris wheel and whole cosmo world. Also the room was spacious and of course clean to be relax.

Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived to when we checked-out. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and professional, the onsen area is beautiful and has a view over the mountains surrounding the hotel. For breakfast, we opted for the traditional Japanese restaurant and everything was perfect, form the food to the ambience and the location.

The complimentary bikes were a fantastic bonus and allowed us to easily explore the local area at our own pace. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

The bathroom amenities in the onsen are luxurious. The futon was very comfortable, even for elderly western guests. Specifically request continental food if you do not want 100% Japanese cuisine. Both the continental and Japanese dishes were presented beautifully and tasted amazing.
