Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Breakfast was super good (variety and quality). All staff was very attentive and caring. Onsen was really nice and relaxing.

Hakone Suimeiso ligger 3 minutters gange fra Hakone Yumoto stasjon og en 15-minutters spasertur fra Sounji-tempelet. The staff were just wonderful. Beautiful experience in a traditional ryokan with delicious food and a lovely setting. The public and private onsens were beautiful! Great spot for exploring Hakone and the surrounding region.

Opened in 1878, The Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. I really liked the historical architecture and being able to stay in it. It was a pleasure to also dine in the beautiful main restaurant. I also liked having a walk in shower.

I Fujisawa, bare 16 minutters gange fra Katase Higashihama-stranden og 10 kilometer fra Tsurugaokahachiman Gu-helligdommen ligger BREATH HOTEL. This place is so special. I stayed in the junior suite with a view of the beach and お富士様 and did not want to leave. It was so beautiful. The staff are wonderful. They go the extra mile to help and assist you. A staff member even drove me to a convenience store and helped me complete the forms to transfer my luggage to the next hotel. The bed is large and comfortable. The linen is great, Lots of pillows. The breakfast delivery to my room every morning was perfect to eat on my balcony watching the world. The tea/coffee maker was great as well The toiletries and complimentary drinks were so thoughtful.

I Hakone, 8,3 kilometer fra Hakone-Yumoto stasjon, ligger Hakone Gora KARAKU, som har en terrasse, gratis privat parkering, en restaurant og en bar. Very unique place. Pictures don’t show how good this place is. Highly recommended

Located in Hakone, 1.7 km from Hakone Gora Park, gran terrace Le Lien Hakone provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a garden and a spa and wellness centre. The staff is really warm and welcoming, they've made me feel at home. I loved the Yukata! The onsen were fantastic! And I loved that it is privatized, each guess is allowed up to 45 minutes but I didn't have to wait to go. The view is really amazing (I got up early to see the sunrise) and the room was very spacious for just myself.

I Yokohama, 2,3 kilometer fra Yokohama Marine Tower, ligger InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8 by IHG, som har en hage, privat parkering, en terrasse og en restaurant. This is a top-notch, stylish, and comfortable hotel. Our room was large, and most had an unobstructed sea view. The bed was excellent, and the environment was silent. Wood panelling and carpets make the ambiance warm. I regret being too busy to explore the rest of the hotel's services.

Ideally located in Yokohama, The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, open from September 2020, offers lavishly-decorated air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. The room and view was spectacular. Truly 5 star. The gym was very well equipped and open 24 hours…even Chris Bumsted (Mr Olympia) would have been happy. The spa facilities were excellent.
