You felt the luxury from the moment you arrive, the breakfast at the Orchid was absolutely delicious also, the staff really kind and patient. The way the room was organized at morning and then prior the bed time they take the time to leave the pijamas ready and some chocolates. It was absolutely amazing

Situated in a central location with 3 stations within a 5-minute walk, Imperial Hotel Tokyo is a prestigious hotel renowned for providing first-class hospitality for over a century since 1890. I stayed for 1 week there and it was impeccable. Services 10/10, location 10/10 literaly few meters from underground station, food / restaurants 9/10 really reccomend the vikings breakfast, public bath perfect and complete 10/10, room 10/10 large space / clean / high floor with great view of Ginza. Definitely I’ll come back to Tokyo and will stay there again - great value for money! Attention to details and tradition are high standards!

O Hakone Suimeiso está localizado a 3 minutos a pé da Estação de Hakone Yumoto e a 15 minutos a pé do Templo Sounji. Delicious breakfast amazing balcony with bath onsen was very nice Staff was very helpfull

Opened in 1878, The Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. Our stay at Fujiya was exceptional. The hotel has a grand, old world charm to it in a Japanese style. There were amazing details to see in the building itself and the grounds. Service was amazing by the staff who all spoke good English. Food was wonderful and served in a very classy full service style with silverware. The gardens and koi pond were beautiful in the autumn. The onsen spa also was great after a long day's sightseeing. It was a truly memorable experience to stay here and a highlight of our trip.

The staff were very helpful and did everything possible to make me happy. I asked for a vegetarian breakfast which was fantastic. The room was beautiful and the whole building is very new but still breathes Japanese history due to the refined mix of old and new. If go here you need to know that it is a small place, so don't expect a big fancy hotel. You have your own bath room, but you have to book the time slots for the sauna.
