Re-opened in 2012 after thorough renovations, the Tokyo Station Hotel is registered as an Important Cultural Property and boasts gorgeous rooms in a classical European style. This hotel is amazing, the location is perfect if you have a lot of activities to do in all parts of Tokyo city. The bathroom facilities are absolutely amazing, and if you're a Westerner, you should absolutely try out all the features of the Japanese toilets. The staff were all sublimely professional and pleasant to interact with. When we arrived, on top of our luggage we also had a carrier bag. They looked after our bags while we checked in, and once we were done found they'd put the carrier bag into a much nicer hotel branded bag haha. Loved the whole stay. They have passcard locked doors for easy access into the hotel from multiple entrances, so its very secure

O Hakone Suimeiso está localizado a 3 minutos a pé da Estação de Hakone Yumoto e a 15 minutos a pé do Templo Sounji. Beautiful rooms, very clean and quite large, everything in the room worked fine and WiFi was fast. Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. When arranging the room or serving the meals they were really good and answered all our questions. Great location too, 2mins from the train station.

It's a little like stepping back in time to the old Edo era. It's a traditional Japanese styled like home. It's walkable from the train station, our room was fantastic and comfortable. We had private access to a sauna and large soaking tub for 45 minutes which was very relaxing after a day out. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. A traditional Japanese breakfast was served in the room as well. It's a highly recommended place.
