Amazing hotel with outstanding service! We were here on our honeymoon and the staff at desk upgraded our stay and also left a very thoughtful celebration card & sweets in the room. Spotless clean, great amenities and a short walk to Namba station. We loved our stay and will surely choose Centara again in the future, our sincere thanks to everyone at the hotel who made our trip memorable.

Nastanitev ALA HOTEL KYOTO na enkratni lokaciji v središču mesta Kjoto nudi sobe s klimatsko napravo, fitnes, brezplačen WiFi in spa in wellness. I loved the room. It was spacious and very clean (big enough to accomodate two big open suitcases). The lobby staff all spoke English. The baths were also spacious and clean. Every floor has a vending machine which is also awesome. When it was time to leave the staff took care of measuring our luggage and filling out the form to send our luggage to our next hotel. When I lost my credit card and it was found by the police, the staff called my room and let me know then they printed out a map and gave me clear instructions on where to go to get it back. All in all, my stay here was very plesant and me and my spouse intend to stay with them again in the future.

Povdarek na detajlih. Prostorne sobe udobne široke postelje. Veliko detajlov v sobi, ki naredijo bivanje prijetno. Okusna izbira hrane za zajtrk, tudi za evropski okus. Dobra lokacija hotela,. Garaža v sklopu hotela. Najboljši hotel v katerem smo bivali do sedaj na Japonskem.

LIBER HOTEL Osaka features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Osaka Bay district of Osaka. Liber Hotel exceeded my expectation. I was just checking hotels close to Universal, and this hotel popped up on Booking with super high marks. And now I understand they really deserve that mark. It's a massive hotel with lots of facilities. Highlight is their sightseeing escalator, you can see the whole Universal. Our room was facing another side and you could see the Ferris Wheel which was a such surprise for me at night time. It's super convenient since you only walk half minute from the train station to the hotel. There's also a 7-11 convenience store about 200 metres away. It's only one station away from Universal or you can choose to walk there too. It's also easy to transfer to other trains to the central of Osaka. Morning breakfast is a little bit pricy, for adult is 4400 yen and kids above 6 years old is 2200yen, but I feel it worth it since the food quality was awesome. The food was variety and fresh, so many options. The restaraunt also has a massive patio you could eat outside and enjoy the view of the harbor. For the ranking, I will give them 10/10.

The Thousand Kyoto features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto. Everything is just amazing, the location, cleanliness, the rooms, the staff. It is one of the best hotels I have been in.

The onsen (hot spring bath) is definitely a great advantage of the hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable — more than satisfying in terms of overall convenience. Housekeeping is consistent and attentive to cleanliness. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful; they gave us a warm welcome on the first day and assisted us with our luggage transfer. Small but thoughtful details are well taken care of — such as providing a charging cable, razor, and other essentials in the room, which really enhance the comfort level. There is also a beautifully designed small Zen garden in the hotel lobby, which adds a calm and elegant atmosphere as soon as you enter the building. The location is also excellent. There is a FamilyMart just 1 minute away, and a 7-Eleven store only 2 minutes away on foot. The nearest subway station is about a 5-minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located stay in Kyoto.
