Oltre le aspettative Non ho mai dato il massimo di valutazione in quanto ritengo sempre un margine di miglioramento, in questo caso il massimo l’ ho trovato Struttura in ottima posizione, diciamo attaccata alla stazione, personale preparato e disponibile Camera spaziosa (eravamo in tre) sempre pulita, silenziosa anche con clima acceso! Colazione con prodotti di qualità! Nella foga di lasciare la stanza nel check out ho dimenticato una cosa molto importante, dopo un’ ora mi hanno mandato e-mail avvertendomi della dimenticanza e, in accordo, hanno provveduto a spedirmela all’ hotel della mia tappa successiva Estremo segno di correttezza molto apprezzato Un ringraziamento particolare al sig. Abe che ha provveduto al tutto Struttura da consigliare senza problemi

What can I say, we loved absolutely everything about this hotel, start with it’s literally 50 yards from Nagasaki Station and a large shopping mall so lots of food, the bedroom was amazing, the view from our window was awesome, the breakfast was the best in Japan so far, the staff were so nice we wanted to take them home with us and very importantly, it’s a very quiet hotel where you can simply relax. We will be back for sure!

The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Niina and Goto at the welcome desk were genuinely warm, attentive, and made check-in feel effortless. Akaki went above and beyond, personally coordinating restaurant and onsen reservations for me throughout my stay — which made a big difference on a busy itinerary. The room was spotless, the amenities were top-tier, and the location was perfect for accessing the rest of Beppu.

We went as a family of 6 adults and 1 child (3y.o). Our room was two storeys and had ample space for all of us. There was a mix of tatami and 2-beds to sleep. There was 1 toilet on each floor. The room comes with a shower and an outdoor onsen which is perfect in the weather. There were 5 public onsen, all for your own private use - 3 of them are outdoors and do not require reservation. Another 2 needs to be reserved (1-hour slot) which can be done during check-in. We managed to use one of it - it is indoor and really good water, I love it! The meals were delicious and the staff were really kind and helpful. It was a memorable stay for us!
