Here is a polished and natural version of your review: Very nice family-run small hotel. Extremely clean, spacious Japanese-style tatami rooms with a balcony. The two large onsens can be used privately, which is a great bonus. Even though it’s a bit far from the center, it’s highly recommended.

Great location! The overall setting of the room is the best we ever experienced. Each area of the room feels quite spacious and functional. The designer did a outstanding job. We were delighted when the hotel surprised my husband on his birthday with a handwritten greeting card, a complimentary cake and a cocktail voucher.

The room was amazing and super comfy we got the last room on the floor which I love personally. The onsen was great my friend ate breakfast and was impressed with the service, we were in Kagoshima since our flights were canceled due to bad weather so this was a break on our long holiday and it was perfect the gym was being serviced so we could only use it in the morning but the onsen was great only thing to remember is you cannot get anything to eat at the hotel post 9pm if you are flying in late. The concierge was super helpful in planning our trip out.

This boutique hotel was a gift. Yes it's gorgeous, perched on the side of the mountain with stunning views and luxury accom like having your own onsen but it was the staff who really made it outstanding....Maria, Tui and everyone else were incredibly responsive and helpful...not only when due to train changes, we were 2 hours late arriving (the kitchen staff held our dinner) but also when we left a phone with our JR passes in the taxi. (which we were able to recover!!!)

I was there on Saturday and Sunday around 15:30 and there was only 2 other person (I was even alone 1 day!) so it was really relaxing! The room had good air conditioning and the bed and clothes provided were great!

Ubytovanie Ryokan Fukinoya sa nachádza v destinácii Yufu 46 km od miesta Oita Bank Dome a 2,7 km od miesta Jazero Kinrinko. We went as a family of 6 adults and 1 child (3y.o). Our room was two storeys and had ample space for all of us. There was a mix of tatami and 2-beds to sleep. There was 1 toilet on each floor. The room comes with a shower and an outdoor onsen which is perfect in the weather. There were 5 public onsen, all for your own private use - 3 of them are outdoors and do not require reservation. Another 2 needs to be reserved (1-hour slot) which can be done during check-in. We managed to use one of it - it is indoor and really good water, I love it! The meals were delicious and the staff were really kind and helpful. It was a memorable stay for us!
