The room was much better than the ones we had so far in Japan, maybe because it had two single beds, with plenty of room in between. The staff was very helpful, and the bonus hot spring very enjoyable.

This little private cottage is adorable and very well maintained. Spacious, great location, lovely host, and the outdoor bath was amazing during autumn weather. The host especially is fantastic, very responsive, and so accommodating. I left an item behind and they were kind enough to send it back to my home in kanagawa so I am extremely grateful to them!

We were seated in different private dining rooms each time for our meals in two days. The Chandelier Dining Room is absolutely beautiful! All staff are extremely enthusiastic and helpful!
