A very cosy hotel. It was an amazing experience! The rooms are decently sized and the tatami flooring adds a very warm touch to the place. I loved the staff and how nice and welcoming they were. The hotel is very close to sendai station so it wasn’t hard to get there! If I’m ever back to Sendai i would definitely rebook!

The staff were amazing, catering to every need. The place is quiet and very zen. It is perfect for those looking for peace and want to meditate. The onsen facilities are clean and heavenly. There was a private onsen in my room and I enjoyed it ALOT.

Located in central Sendai just a 3-minute walk from JR Sendai Train Station, Hotel Monterey Sendai features free broadband internet, 3 dining options and a spa with natural hot springs. The property was located in an excellent location. The facilities were really well maintained.

Short 2 night stay in Sendai and never have felt more relaxed away from the hustle bustle in the over touristed areas of Japan. This hotel is amazing in the staff service and the breakfast and bar options. I appreciated this small place due to its kind atmosphere.

Great location - close to Ichibancho and only 10 minutes walk to Sendai JR. Stunning view from the room as it’s the tallest building in the city. English speaking staff, smooth check in and check out. It’s endless list of things I enjoyed staying there. Totally recommend!
