An à la carte, continental or American breakfast is available at the property. My biggest fear was that I would be judged in terms of belonging there, as I have never been to such an exclusive place. In reality, the stay felt like spending time at a friend's place. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to get in touch. During trips it felt like hanging out, and when great things happened (like spotting a sea turtle), genuine excitement was shared. Nagisa (Chrissy) especially! She greeted us when we arrived with a great smile and a super friendly demeanor. We then spent a good amount of time talking with her about the hotel, places to eat and things we could do around the area. Her professional manner and thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable!
