All the staffs were so kind, especially the English staff(so sorry that I forgot the name) helped us book dinners for the whole stay and upgrade our room to ocean view. The hotel offers an American or Asian breakfast. I loved the Deluxe Villa. It was very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. It doesn’t have a beach view even though it’s facing the beach but it provides privacy that way. The staff was very helpful as well.

In reality, the stay felt like spending time at a friend's place. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to get in touch. During trips it felt like hanging out, and when great things happened (like spotting a sea turtle), genuine excitement was shared. Nagisa (Chrissy) especially! She greeted us when we arrived with a great smile and a super friendly demeanor. We then spent a good amount of time talking with her about the hotel, places to eat and things we could do around the area. Her professional manner and thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable!
