The buffet dinner and breakfast are definitely worth it. The staff is SO KIND and always trying to help. I would recommend this immensely. We didn’t make the shuttle to the station and they arranged a separate shuttle just for us. The staff go out of their way to help you.

I was a bit peculiar before check in, but then after i stayed few other places and check in this one, only i found that i hit the jackpot! the house itself is big and comfortable to fit a family of five. although the bed provided is for 10 person! the shower room with the man made onsen is a BIG plus! because after one tired and cold day, it was really relaxing immersed in the in house onsen!!! my kids enjoy it every much! Hot water was hot enough! no issue! It is a single storey detached house, with designated car park just across the road. If you are not driving, the train station and few hundred meter away by walking.
