What can I say, we loved absolutely everything about this hotel, start with it’s literally 50 yards from Nagasaki Station and a large shopping mall so lots of food, the bedroom was amazing, the view from our window was awesome, the breakfast was the best in Japan so far, the staff were so nice we wanted to take them home with us and very importantly, it’s a very quiet hotel where you can simply relax. We will be back for sure!

This hotel was beautiful and the views of the ocean and mountain landscape were spectacular. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quick, and delicious and the drinks at the bar were well-made. I can not say enough nice things about this hotel. One of my favorite stays and Amila-san and Ryo-san were exceptional hosts.

IKI RETREAT by Onko Chishin se nachází v Iki a poskytuje zahradu, sdílený lounge, bar a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. The view of the bay is exceptional. It’s fantastic to overlook it from the room and also from the restaurant. The traditional style of the room created a lovely experience. The Onsen on the balcony overlooking the bay is an experience not to be missed. This felt truly luxurious. The staff cannot be faulted. We speak English and very little Japanese and the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The food was beyond delicious. Prepared before our eyes and explained by the staff with care and detail. I cannot thank the staff more for their care and kindness.

Renovated in April 2018, i + Land Nagasaki is 18.5 km or a 40-minute drive from Nagasaki Station. A hot spring bath, sauna, garden and kids area are available for guests. We drove so it was alright for the location. It turned out to be a surprised it was a resort. We had a large room and our room had a so called 'living room' space. The hotel provides shuttle bus to fetch passengers from point to point. We walked between the hotel room and restaurant, it was scenic and beautiful along the way. A pleasure stay for us!

PJs and extras available at reception too. Coffee shop and bar downstairs are a nice extra. Staff were very friendly!!
