The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. They helped us with everything we could possibly need, from car rental and taxi organisation to dinner reservations and recommendations on what to do and explore on the island. Breakfast and dinner were great and the view from the room was the best. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the onsen bath on the balcony was a great addition to our stay. We absolutely loved our 2 nights at Goto Retreat and will definitely come back.

Situated in Iki in the Nagasaki region, IKI RETREAT by Onko Chishin features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot spring bath. The view of the bay is exceptional. It’s fantastic to overlook it from the room and also from the restaurant. The traditional style of the room created a lovely experience. The Onsen on the balcony overlooking the bay is an experience not to be missed. This felt truly luxurious. The staff cannot be faulted. We speak English and very little Japanese and the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The food was beyond delicious. Prepared before our eyes and explained by the staff with care and detail. I cannot thank the staff more for their care and kindness.

The location is excellent, close to the train station, making it so easy to get around. What makes this hotel special are the "extras." We loved the hot spring bath, and the free ice cream and coffee were such a nice touch! The free late-night ramen was delicious and a great way to end the day. There is also a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was high quality with lots of variety. Having free laundry machines was also a huge help for our trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nagasaki!

Set in Nagasaki, within 1.6 km of Nagasaki Station and 1.6 km of Nagasaki Museum of History, Candeo Hotels Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown provides accommodation with a spa and wellness centre. Location just opposite to the China town gate was great. Also the room was spacious and staff acommodating. Really enjoyed the sky spa, outside pool had a great view.

Renovated in April 2018, i + Land Nagasaki is 18.5 km or a 40-minute drive from Nagasaki Station. A hot spring bath, sauna, garden and kids area are available for guests. We drove so it was alright for the location. It turned out to be a surprised it was a resort. We had a large room and our room had a so called 'living room' space. The hotel provides shuttle bus to fetch passengers from point to point. We walked between the hotel room and restaurant, it was scenic and beautiful along the way. A pleasure stay for us!
