+It's nice to have direct access to the spa area including onsen. I loved the relaxing atmosphere at night and the view during the day.
+I don't smoke, but it's good that there is a smoking area for those in need, so the environment stays clean (even though the place might be too windy, but at least there is one).

good variety of breakfast. very close to station, easy for shinkansen day-trip and Haruka-train to airport. free luggage storage room. small room but enough space to open luggage on the floor and then push the luggage partly underneath the bed for more space. complete amenities like APA hotels chain.

The location is amazing - in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Shinsaibashi. Close to famous cafes and shops and a 5 minute walk to Dotombori.
The hotel also has an onsen and a relaxation room. The relaxation room had amazing amenities such as hair treatments, led facial massagers, and hair styling tools like straighteners, curlers and hair dryers.

The hotel is amazing, it is brand new and you can feel it! We booked the corner premium room and it was fantastic! You could see all the town from every place in the room, it was really spacy and comfortable and the amanities were so many. The bed was the best and the room was very clean. It was also very nice that when they cleaned our room, the put all of our stuff in a perfect order! Last but not least , the breakfast was so rich and so good, you can choose food from 4 diferrente buffes!

Very central to main train station namba and shopping, 5-10minute walk to food area dotonbori. Big room with view of osaka. Comfortable bed and facilities. Spa and large heated pool available for guests, including onsen with sauna. Helpful staff, all speak good amount of English if needed. Breakfast is worth it! Large selection of options. Nespresso coffee machine in room.

An unusual experience but a good one. A late checkout of 300 yen per hour is a really good deal! The capsule itself was comfortable and spacious, and there's sufficient privacy if you get a premium capsule space. There's zero sound insulation from other capsules and corridor noise, but people are very respectful of keeping things quiet. I didn't have time to check out the spa/sauna facilities as I woke up a bit later than expected (was in Dotonbori, after all...) but no real complaints about it.
