Gorgeous on the outside , poor in the inside. So I marked as this. If you are looking for a place to relax and have a good sleep you SHOULD NOT COME HERE

Situated in Nikko, 13 km from Kegon Falls, KAMENOI HOTEL Okunikko features accommodation with a spa and wellness centre, free private parking, an open-air bath and a garden. The staff is nice, I lost my headphones at the train station, they helped to contact the station and found it. They also have snow shoe spikes and slider to rent out in winter, but we didn't know it until the day we leave.

43 km from Kegon Falls in Nikko, Hacho no Yu features accommodation with access to a hot spring bath, hot tub and spa centre. Incredible location - but very remote!!! Leave plenty of time to get here by public transport, since the final bus to Meteobuchi only runs a few times per day (after which you can organise a shuttle bus to the hotel). The outdoor onsens were absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the traditional rooms were beautiful. Highly recommend more than one nights stay to make the trip worthwhile.

We had an amazing experience! The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect. We absolutely loved Nikko and the hotel — we definitely want to come back!
