One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room and common areas were very pleasant. I had a very relaxing time at this hotel. The location is ideal, in downtown Aomori. The staff is attentive and answered my questions kindly. If I have the opportunity to return to Aomori, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Nice, well-functional and clean room with the hot spring facility, and located in the city center, close to station and everything else. Breakfast is a must! Highly recommended

The staff were all very helpful especially Ayumi San We had spectacular views with sunrise in one room n sunset in another room. Taxis easily available at the front to take us to Sendai station or a 10 min walk to Sendai station
