River Retreat Garaku offers luxurious modern rooms and suites for a peaceful getaway on Jinzu River. Food: The Japanese style breakfast and French dinner were both exquisite. Room: Fabulous view of the river from the room. Clean, cosy and you can find many little things that show the thought put into the design. For example, there is a small sliding window between the bedroom and the bathroom that you can open and close. Spa: The experience was so pampering and relaxing, I fell into deep sleep and woke up feeling incredibly refreshed.

A perfect mix of traditional and modern hotels. No shoes inside, tatami everywhere. Incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. Very good hot spring on 2nd floor, and you can fill your cypress bath tub in the room with same hot spring water. Breakfast was just amazing. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations.

The hot spring was super nice and we loved the fact that we could get free noodles in the evening. And free ice creams whenever we wanted.

Ideally located just a 1-minute walk from Uozu Station, this hotel features spacious public baths, complimentary coffee services and free-use internet PCs at the business centre. Facilities and extras are top-notch! We had a massage chair in our room, free ramen, and a communal onsen that nobody else used when we visited. Glad we stayed here after a long journey from Tokyo. 👌

Near bus stop if you take bus 23 from shin takaoka, this bus continues to boat cruise visiting shogawa! Hotel offers free shuttle to and from tonami, if they can offer free shuttle from johana will be better as heritage bus has a stop here!

I Toyama, bare 5,6 kilometer fra Toyama stasjon og 13 kilometer fra Toyama-kō ligger Hotel Route Inn Toyama Inter. We appreciated the prompt check in when we arrived. The front desk employees communicated with us in our language of English which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were visibly clean as was the entire hotel. Breakfast was pretty good! The eggs were especially delicious.
