Located right in front of Lake Kawaguchi in the Mount Fuji area, Fuji Lake Hotel offers spacious accommodations with mountain or lake views. Although the property is a little aged, we can tell that the management keeps an effort in maintenance. Everything is clean & neat.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. Great location, a bit farther away from the crowded Kawaguchiko, near beautiful lake. Spacious room, VERY comfy bed and pillows. You can book a private onsen or use public one - it’s not busy and tattoos are okay. The hotel is 30 min walk from the station, they also provide a shuttle from and to the station. Amazing view of the Mt Fuji from rooms as well as onsen and rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend and stay again myself!

Set 13 km from Fuji-Q Highland, VISION GLAMPING Resort & Spa 山中湖 offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as an open-air bath and barbecue facilities. There is shuttle service available at Mt Fuji station for those who do not drive. The place looked great. We managed to have a clear view of Mt Fuji in the morning and it was breathtaking. There was even a brief moment when the Mt Fuji turned pink in the morning during sunrise. The hot spring and shower area looked like a private bathhouse. Food was normal and enough for us, but you can consider bringing additional food and snacks. There were A LOT of free beverages.

What a spectacular room with such an incredible view. We really enjoyed the balcony and just watching Mt Fuji. Also, the bar and bar tender were brilliant - really made us feel at home. The food was also excellent.

Kävelymatka keskustaan noin 4 km parasta jos pitää kävelystä yhdellä maailman kauneimmista reiteistä. Hotellin isäntä oli sydämellinen! Aulan kahviautomaatti oli mukava yllätys.

I was a bit peculiar before check in, but then after i stayed few other places and check in this one, only i found that i hit the jackpot! the house itself is big and comfortable to fit a family of five. although the bed provided is for 10 person! the shower room with the man made onsen is a BIG plus! because after one tired and cold day, it was really relaxing immersed in the in house onsen!!! my kids enjoy it every much! Hot water was hot enough! no issue! It is a single storey detached house, with designated car park just across the road. If you are not driving, the train station and few hundred meter away by walking.

It’s our second time in this lodge and we love it! Welcoming hosts warmed the house and lighted fireplace for us upon arrival.. Spacious rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, comfortable beds and pillows. There is two baths with hot spring in the main building. Fresh air and bright stars as it is located in the forest.
