My husband really enjoyed the sauna and pool - I see people have mentioned the pool not being heated but my husband thought the pool was extremely refreshing after spending time in the sauna. Overlooks tea plantations. Bed was massive and room was lovely and spacious.

It had been a dream of mine to stay at Tea Trails since 2019 and I couldnt be any happier with the experience. It will always be one of the most special moments of my life as I proposed to my girlfriend here. Huge thanks to the staff for recording our moment. The hotel is flawless, service and food could not be any better. Purely by coincidence we stayed here as the Hotel was featured on BBC "Amazing Hotels, life beyond the lobby". We were lucky that on our second day we were the only guests at Dunkeld bungalow so could enjoy everything to ourselves. The view from the infinity pool is probably the best I will ever see. Sure it's an expensive hotel but if you have the opportunity to stay here you wont regret it.

The accommodations at Arsulana are second to none, with each detail meticulously designed to ensure comfort and cleanliness. What really elevated our experience was the quality of the food and service. Every meal was a delight, featuring a variety of local and international dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Having stayed in four different hotels while in Sri Lanka, Arsulana Eco Lodge & Spa set a remarkably high standard that other places simply couldn't match. We still find ourselves talking about how it was the highlight of our trip. We wholeheartedly recommend Arsulana Eco Lodge & Spa to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious experience in Sri Lanka.

Excellent hotel with absolutely high-end service. The staff (Jana, Dilima, Milan, Nadon, Siva, among others) were super friendly and left no wishes unfulfilled. Anything less than a 10.0 rating won't do it justice. Would love to come back at some point! The rooms and the hotel itself are very new and classy at the same time. It was definitely by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Sri Lanka trip.

Set amongst the scenic landscapes of tea plantation, 2 km from Nuwara Eliya city, and the property is equipped with a heated indoor swimming pool along with a picturesque view of Bambarakelle Mountain... Wow best value for money. We got a personal number of one of the employees and he answered all of our questions in a minute. The food court was unbelievable and rich, the stuff was amazing. There is an indoor swimming pool and a kids area - just perfect. We would love to recommend it to anyone.

Grand Hotel, Nuwara Eliya Tepesi üzerinde Nuwar Eliya Golf Sahası'nın bitişiğinde yer almaktadır. this hotel is must see if you are travelling in Nuwara-Eliya. Heritage building with a great history, beautifull interiors, old photos in holls, hidden bar rooms etc... we spent couple of hours to explore the hotel. Stuff is very friendly and one of manager even made a small excursion for us while we were waiting. Welcome hot soup was what we needed cz at night is quite chilly outside. The restaurant was pretty delisious and our servant Antony made our dinner even better.
