Great hotel with very kind hosts and friendly staff. You are welcomed with a beer upon arrival, and the owner is happy to take you to the airport even during the night. The food was delicious and I really enjoyed my stay!

This hotel was truly our ‘coup de cœur’—even better than the five-star hotel we stayed in before, and at a fraction of the price. The staff was exceptionally attentive and even surprised our son with a cake and balloons. The atmosphere is peaceful, the restaurant serves delicious food all day, and the swimming pool is simply perfect.

Set within 1.4 km of Wellaweediya Beach and less than 1 km of St Anthony's Church, Cinnamon Tan Residential Boutique Hotel features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Negombo. I had a great stay here — the place had everything we needed and made our trip really easy and comfortable. The owner was fantastic to communicate with and answered every question I had right away. He also shared some really good local food recommendations, which we loved. What stood out was how thoughtful he was. He even drove us to the airport himself during heavy rain and bad weather, which was incredibly kind. The location was also convenient — a decent walk or quick tuk tuk ride to the beach, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a gym just two buildings down that guests can use for a small fee. Overall, a really positive experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and perfect for our family of 4! We loved staying here. The staff was so sweet. Pool was great. Walk to the beach was short and fun. We also walked to the train station and took a train to Colombo. Was also easy to get rides with the PickMe app. This resort is great!

L'habitació de la punta, té molta privacitat, és còmoda i gran..La piscina li dona un plus a l'allotjament. La situació també ens h agradat molt. Està aprop de la zona de restaurants, platja... però en un carrer proxim molt tranquil.

Exceptional experience. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. We could check in earlier. The room was spacious, clean, furnitured and there was also a desk for working. They welcomed us with fresh mango juice from the garden!! You can find a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Close to the airport and you dont need to worry about the traffic.

Located within 700 metres of Negombo Beach and 3.6 km of St Anthony's Church, Bee Nest Bed & Breakfast features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Negombo. The B&B is far from the busy and loud city center but close to the beach. The host is extremely kind and helpful - our AC was not working and she found a solution very quick and fixed it right away the next day. We could also park our tuktuk inside the yard and she helped us booking a massage and the ride to the airport with a very good driver! Highly recommend:)
