Amazing property, super friendly and helpful, picked us up from the airport for in the late evening for a night before we headed to Arugam. Property has everything you need and the staff and owner are the best!

The huts are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff are incredibly accomodating, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food is great. The pool is nice. They also organise other activities for you if you want - like a boat safari and spa days. Each hut comes with a hammock too, which was beautiful!

Owner Bernard Stephen and Manager Milanjan were exceptionally friendly and helpful, truly enjoying the conversation.

Staff super friendly - gave me a complimentary beer on arrival. They arranged dinner for me which was very tasty and large serve! I onto stayed a few hours but it was a perfect place to stop and rest rather than wait at the airport.

I arrived as a stranger and left feeling very much like part of the family. Their hospitality is incredible and they go to no end of trouble to feed you, ensure you have the very best time in Negombo and that you are happy. I have no hesitation in recommending them in any but the highest of terms. This family is exceptional!
