Otel çok şık ve konforluydu. Terası rüya gibi. Çalışanlar kendimizi çok özel hissettirdiler, teşekkürler

The hotel is a new one with really nice design and touch of luxury that can be felt in all corners. Owner and staff are all very welcoming making the experience feel like home. Have not tried all other Riads in Fes, but I am sure this one is the top one

By far, the entire staff, especially Amin and Hayat, were extremely professional and helpful! This was one of the best staffs we have ever encountered! Our son, Dorian, became ill due to the heat at the beach in Rabat and the staff helped us at night and the next two days with him. They did not have to provide so much support. They supported our every request. We loved the conversations with Hayat and other staff members. It is very important to us to speak with the staff, if we can. It helps with the vibe of the place. The location of Riad Louna is superb! We stayed at Riad Louna for 6 days and used it as our "base camp." We did individual tours with our tour guide, Adil Loula, each of the 6 days. We visited the Fes Medina, military museum, Volubilis (Wow!), Meknes, toured and spent 3 hours on the beach in Rabat, Middle Atlas Mountains, Irene, and Chefchaouen ("the Santorini of Morocco") plus other panoramic locations. It was nice to return to the riad after a long day and rest in our large family room. The most upper terrace of the riad was nice in the evening - so relaxing and peaceful!

The staff were helpful, and booked us a tour guide who took us on an incredible tour through the alleys of Fez, highly recommended.

We loved it here! The Riad has spacious beautiful rooms and was very clean. Simo the hotel manager was the most friendly host, he protected us from getting scammed at the parking and helped us out with every problem! Also the breakfast was delicious! In addition we had a Hammam in the hotel which was also really great! 100% recommendation of this Riad
