This was a lovely establishment. They were very hospitable - Abdlhak and Ismail were kind, responsive and provided detailed answers to our many questions. They aided us in getting a tour guide for a private tour around FES. We ordered food to eat out on the terrace in the evening, which was lovely. They indulged us by providing dinner way past their kitchen being open which we were very grateful for. The room was large and enough for three of us that were staying here and last but not least the breakfast provided by Zineb was delicious and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again. Apart from their hospitality this was a beautiful establishment. Thank you!

A Riad Al Makan étteremmel várja vendégeit Fez óvárosában, a Bab Bou Jeloud városkaputól egy 3 perces sétára. A szálláshelyen díjmentes wifihozzáférés biztosított. It was authentic & the receptionist -Merry- was exceptionally friendly & helpful (printing off some few pages for a virtual meeting that I had to attend). Loved the central location in the old Fes Medina. Also this Riad’s recommendation for Tour Guide & Shuttle Driver were excellent. ALL of the service and wait staff were really good and friendly & we would return here without question if ever we had opportunity to return to Fes.

Set within 4.6 km of Royal Palace Fes and 4 km of Fes Railway Station in Fès, Riad Hikaya - Fes Story features accommodation with seating area. the staff at the riad were exceptional, they responded to all of our needs, answered all our questions and were very helpful overall. The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience, especially thanks to the Yosif . From the moment we arrive we found him in parking wait for as and walked in to riad, they greeted us with a warm smile and offered to help with our bags. Throughout our stay, he checked in to ensure we were comfortable, helped us with restaurant reservations,tour, shopping ,and even gave us tips for hidden local secrets . You could tell they genuinely cared about each guest’s experience. That level of service really set this hotel apart. Riad Fes Dar is situated in the Fes El Bali district of Fès, 1.7 km from Royal Palace Fes, 300 metres from Bab Bou Jeloud Fes and 200 metres from Medersa Bouanania. Really helpfull staff, great breakfast with lots of different foods. Additionally the room was clean and excellent and the riad located on a good place to visit the medina. Absolutely recommended. Rooftop is amazing.
