Brought luggage to 3rd floor. Gave us free tea at welcome. Very friendly staff. Gave us a map with sites to visit. Room at terras 3rd floor is very quiet at night. Amazing rooftop view. Set within 4.6 km of Royal Palace Fes and 4 km of Fes Railway Station in Fès, Riad Hikaya - Fes Story features accommodation with seating area. the staff at the riad were exceptional, they responded to all of our needs, answered all our questions and were very helpful overall. The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad! The place is absolutely stunning—full of charm and perfectly maintained. The hospitality and kindness of the staff were truly exceptional: welcoming, helpful, and always available. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of the Medina but peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended—we’d love to come back!

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Ali, Moeed, and the entire team made me feel not just like a guest, but like family. Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)
