We were especially touched by the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. On top of that, the thoughtful anniversary surprise prepared for me and my husband truly meant a lot to us and made our celebration unforgettable. These gestures showed just how much the team cares about their guests and goes above and beyond to create meaningful experiences. The service throughout our stay was outstanding—attentive, professional, and always delivered with a smile. We told them that the pillows were very bad and they immediately changed them with better ones. The restaurant was also nice and the staff very friendly.

The place is so clean and conveniently located. The staff was extremely helpful and catered to us even when we needed to leave super early for some of our activities. The food was great and the hammam and massage was an absolute 10/10. Highly recommend this place

Overall I had a wonderful stay here and the location is perfect as it's only 10-15minutes away from the Medina market and not far from the garden majorelle. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking to stay in a hotel during their visit in Marrakech

Abdo walked us from our drop off point all the way to the hotel, Showing us two ways to get to the hotel and good reference points. Very thankful for this as it can be confusing and overwhelming at first.
