I had a wonderful stay here with my husband, and we truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, Ibtissam at reception was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She welcomed us warmly, made the check-in process seamless, and was always available to assist with anything we needed. The hotel felt luxurious yet cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere—especially perfect during winter. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The large, cozy bed was amazing and ensured we slept incredibly well each night. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the excellent coffee and delicious sweets, which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Having a secure place to store our luggage was extremely convenient and allowed us to enjoy our time without any stress. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, warmth, comfort, and outstanding service. Thanks again to Ibtissam for making our stay so pleasant. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to return.

We arrived early, and Sharifa kindly accommodated an early check-in for us. The check-in process was smooth and relaxing. Our original booking was for two nights, but after our first night, we decided to extend our stay for an additional five nights. Sharifa and Laila were very helpful in finding us the best rate and a beautiful room on the same floor. Breakfast offered a good selection, including fresh-to-order omelettes and eggs. We also booked excursions through the hotel and were very pleased with the service. From the airport, we took a taxi to Riad Atlas Palace. We were dropped off just outside the Medina, and it was only a one-minute walk to the riad’s door. The location is extremely convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this riad—very clean, with courteous and attentive staff across the front desk, concierge, and restaurant.

Our host Niial and his staff took very good care of us and nothing was too much trouble. We took full advantage of the rooftop pool and sun terrace. Lovely breakfasts and great staff. Would recommend as great value for money. Riad is within the medina.

Abdo walked us from our drop off point all the way to the hotel, Showing us two ways to get to the hotel and good reference points. Very thankful for this as it can be confusing and overwhelming at first.

The property was beautiful, the tile work and overall feel of the riad was impeccable. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. And the breakfast on the balcony was really good!

It was a such a great experience, and Jamal made it very special from the time he picked us up from the main street - the place is mainly accessible by foot - and as we arrived late from Sahara trip, he helped us to find a very nice place for a late dinner and did everything with that very geniune kindness, that melted our hearts, literally. The room was spacious, nice and what was specially needed in December - warm. Wonderful artistic interior design! Thank you Jamal and the team, will 100% recommend and come back!
