Its location is ideal for exploring Marrakech, while still offering a serene retreat to return to at the end of the day. Every corner reflects elegance, comfort, and attention to detail. We were especially touched by the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. On top of that, the thoughtful anniversary surprise prepared for me and my husband truly meant a lot to us and made our celebration unforgettable. These gestures showed just how much the team cares about their guests and goes above and beyond to create meaningful experiences. The service throughout our stay was outstanding—attentive, professional, and always delivered with a smile. They were always asking if everything was okay. We told them that the pillows were very bad and they immediately changed them with better ones. The restaurant was also nice and the staff very friendly.
