It’s serene, it’s exciting, and you could spend days on end enjoying the authentic home.

Amazing stay, the house is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. Super clean and in a quiet area very close to the center of the city. The host has been amazing, we booked a 4x4 ride around the area with them as well, it was incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our trip. Highly recommended, I will definitely be coming back next year!

We booked Villana Rosa very last minute. The house is a 3-apartment complex that shares a common basement entertainment area, with a sauna, jacuzzi, pool table, and a workout room. They managed to get our apartment ready in 15 minutes. The entire place was spotless, rustic, and spacious. The kitchen area was fully stocked, and the staff will even start a fireplace for you if you like. If we could, we would stay longer, and we genuinely started planning a trip to Kolasin just to stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed most of our meals at the restaurant. The food is delicious and clearly made with love. Their homemade bread (three kinds!) is some of the freshest and fluffiest we’ve ever had. You can see the passion and care in every nook and cranny of Dream House. The people are incredibly kind, warm, and genuine, which made our stay even more special. The best part? The wellness and spa center is included in the nightly price, and you get the entire space to yourself for a full hour - such a rare and relaxing experience. We had the best two nights here and would absolutely return.

Brand new hotel in the fully renovated ski resort. Beautiful location. No crowds. Cheap prices for accommodation and equipment rental. We spent three wonderful days snowboarding and skiing with kids. Upon checkout I accidentally left my backpack in the room with expensive camera, documents and cash, and the hotel safely delivered everything to me the next day.
