And wait until you see the meal buffet options at VAX. Such delicious selection of various cuisines with lots of fresh veg/fruit and savory ethnic dishes. Thanks to special host Pooja and server Shamveel for making certain we were well cared for. Also an open air facility with breathtaking views of the azure seas. Travel coordination was easy with Cinnamon making arrangements with hotel teams back in Hulhumale. Speedboat took about 1hr20. Bring ear plugs or better yet great music to quiet the motor noises. Overall, great experience and relaxation.

Loved the dine-around programme - it’s makes such a change from buffet everyday. Everything included, even the mini bar. Staff were great. Food was the best we’ve had in the Maldives. Comfortable bed. Easy to use app to book the restaurants and order extra towels etc. Rooms and all resort areas were super clean. Transfers were seemless. The sea was a great depth for swimming. The house reef was amazing for snorkeling and diving but the current can get a bit strong later in the afternoon. Can see reef sharks, manta ray, turtles and even dolphins right in the resort.

We had another wonderful stay at Sun Siyam Olhuveli and felt truly welcomed from the very first moment. The arrival setup was such a beautiful touch — the “Welcome Back Home” message on the bed and the heartfelt handwritten letter from Mr. Hassan Adil (General Manager) immediately made us feel special and appreciated. Our villa was always spotless and perfectly maintained thanks to Rahal — excellent housekeeping, great attention to detail, and lovely towel decorations on the bed that added charm and warmth to the whole experience. A very special thank you to Mr. Mamun, who welcomed us for the second year in a row at the restaurant with an incredibly warm, smiling and genuinely kind attitude. He was always attentive, served our drinks with care, and he even decorated our table beautifully on the last evening, which made our farewell feel truly memorable. We would also like to thank Mr. Hasnain (Quality Manager) — we have been in touch for the second year as well, and his professionalism and friendly communication are outstanding. Finally, our sincere appreciation to Mr. Mohamed Ali and Mr. Hassan Adil for the excellent organization of the resort and the festive program — everything was well planned, smooth and enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was simply fantastic.
