This hotel is so amazing!!!! What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.

First of all I'm not in favor of All Inclusive hotels. There are a few things I dislike about them. Such as: poor quality of food and watered unlabeled drinks, non behaving crowds everywhere and the towel wars in the morning to reserve your place by the pool. Now the good thing, this hotel has none of those! And this made it my best ever experience with an all inclusive hotel. I don't know how you made it, but please keep on doing the magic! Absolutely wonderful food in all restaurants, real bottled branded drinks, no crowd at anywhere, neither in the bars restaurants nor at any of the amenities, and the best of all, they have more than enough sunbeds so no rally for them in the morning! (And the hotel was fully booked just that you know) So absolutely amazing place, which I highly recommend!

IPANA Luxury Apartments by Vacaciones.Yeah está em Playa del Carmen, a 700 metros do centro da cidade, e conta com acomodação com ar-condicionado, terraço, piscina ao ar livre e academia. Tudo! Apartamento estava impecável. Bem confortável, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos, piscinas maravilhosas. Super bem localizado, perto da praia e comércios.

Wakax Hacienda - Cenote & Boutique Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World conta com acomodação com bicicletas grátis, estacionamento privativo grátis, piscina ao ar livre e jardim em Tulum. Everything met and exceeded our expectations. The staff is incredibly professional and nice. The food was INCREDIBLE, fresh ingredients and exquisite preparation. The resort premises are huge, in the middle of a secluded, quiet part of the near-beach jungle. We stayed in an individual lodge with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are designed and furnished in the traditional Mexican and Yucatan style. The resort is a piece of paradise: quiet, surrounded by trees and vegetation, there's a lagoon nearby ON THE PROPERTY. There's also a cenote right in the resort and it includes an underground cave which can be toured, one of the *many* activities the resort offers (for free). It really feels like the resort was built around the nature and the spirit of the Yucatan peninsula, as opposed to putting these elements around the resort. There are plenty of activities and things to explore just within the resort itself, with many swimming pools, bike tours and hidden gems on the premises (such as a traditional church, quiet gazebos, the cenote, library, a recreation of a Mayan village, etc.). The resort is approx 10 mins drive from Tulum, 8 mins drive from Xel-Ha water park. We'd recommend renting and coming by car for everyone who stays here to enjoy the surroundings as well (including places like Playa Paraiso). The staff was incredibly accommodating: we missed our connection and lost one night of vacation stuck in Atlanta and the resort management offered us an extra night *for free* to make up for this (although they didn't have to). We also met the owner of the resort along with the director and we could feel their passion for nature, for preserving and passing the spirit of the place onto the resort and its guests. Big thanks and kudos to Gonzo (leading cenote and cave tours and various other activities), Alejandro (our favorite restaurant staff), and all other staff who made our stay feel warm and welcome.

Layla Tulum - Adults Only tem piscina ao ar livre, jardim, lounge compartilhado e terraço em Tulum. Este hotel 5 estrelas conta com bar. O hotel é lindo. A localização é boa, central, perto de vários restaurantes. Além disso, tem um hotel da mesma rede na beira da praia, o Sana, e os hóspedes do Layla tem acesso a ele. O quarto não é muito grande, mas é confortável. Chuveiro, colchão e travesseiros bons. Há varanda nos quartos para estender as coisas molhadas da praia, mas não bate sol direto. Os funcionários são simpáticos e solícitos. O restaurante do hotel é bem gostoso.

Com ótima localização em Tulum, Hotel Bardo - Adults Only fornece quartos com ar-condicionado, Wi-Fi grátis, estacionamento privativo grátis e serviço de quarto. Quarto lindo, piscina maravilhosa (inclusive pode ser usada a piscina do hotel do mesmo grupo coligado ao Bardo). A Guadalupe que nos atendeu foi excepcional, fornecendo ótimas sugestões para nosso passeio. A proposta do hotel é mais holística, quarto mais escuro e sem televisão. Apesar do café da manhã incluído ser limitado a poucas opções, amei tudo o que comi. Não é na região de praias, mas a localização próxima ao centro é de ótimos restaurantes nos agradou bastante.
