The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, adding to the sense of personalized boutique hospitality. A special mention goes to the manager, Sonja, who was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the stay. SANA TULUM is perfect for travelers seeking a boutique eco-luxury experience, combining jungle, beach, sustainability, tranquility, and understated elegance in one of Tulum’s most beautiful settings. Property is walking distance to everything you need. Also very secure and quiet at night. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony was very spacious. Not a drop of water came through when it rained! Rooftop pools are perfect temperature and I never had an issue finding a lounger.
