Claudia greeted us warmly, and the entire staff spoiled us with delicious food and exceptional service throughout our stay. The hotel is also incredibly well-located, offering easy access to the center of Cholula and nearby woods for beautiful nature walks. We truly hope to come back very soon!

Situated conveniently in the centre of Puebla, Hotel Casa Monarca is within 6.8 km of Acropolis Puebla and 700 metres of Biblioteca Palafoxiana. Stylish hotel rooms that are a good size, with aircon and walk-in shower. All areas are well maintained and Carlos a staff member was so very helpful with not only the luggage up and down stairs but understanding the menus and finding an alternative massage business as they were booked out.
