Honestly, this place well worths a visit, it will but surprise you. We were atracted by the pictures on Booking, but when there, we got astonished by the place. The place is brand new, opened just over a year ago, and so you notice because everything is new, modern, with an attention to detail to be pointed out, the arabic atmosphere merged with the tropical environment of Tulum stands this place up to one of the beautiest I've ever been. We arrived quite late at night, but we were so impressed with the place that we couldn't but discover the place, quietly obviously, we don't wanted to bother noone, nor the turtles that were on breeding season (incredible experience as well). During our walk through, we meet Julian, the person in charge at night how was willing to show us the place around and sharing some comments about its construction, surroundings and everything, it was so kind from him. The room was beautiful, clean, with lots of space, a spatious bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, a small terrace with a small private swimming pool, comfortble beds, every facilitie you may need, and all with so much detail and care for excellence. To show the detail of the place, every rug on the place is perfumed to obtain a caractewristic aroma for the place, gel, shampoo, lotion are from Rituals, by the entrance, every room has a small sort of fountain, so you can remove the sand from your feet before entering the room. They have three main areas to eat and drink, one next to reception room, an open space bar/restaurant just by the garden, a second one on a rooftop in front of the sea, coming with a swimming pool to chill, and las but not less important, the area placed just into the beach, Marvellous place, quiet, calm and relaxed to enojy the sound of the sea, or even walk into the sea, as you have direct access. Bear in mind that if you are an early bird, you could catch up some amazing pictures of the sunset by the ocean.

I had the best stay here. Stayed three nights and wished it could have been more. The apartment was so lovely and clean with everything you wanted. The pool on the roof was a beautiful spot as well. Communication was always fast and very helpful. Would recommend 100,%

The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

Casa Hayhu heeft een tuin, een privéstrand, een terras en een restaurant in Mahahual. Casa Hayhu: wat een geweldige plek! Het is prachtig aangekleed met overal mooie details. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen en genoten van onze mooie kamer en het uitzicht op zee. De kamer had een fijne, warme douche en de shampoo en conditioner zijn heerlijk! Wij hebben er flessen van gekocht om mee naar huis te nemen. Het ontbijt was fantastisch en ook veel. Je kreeg per persoon koffie, een sapje, een bord met fruit, yoghurt en granola en dan kon je ook nog eens iets van het menu kiezen. Al het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In de ochtend geniet je in alle rust van je ontbijt want dan is er vrijwel niemand. Er zijn maar 2 kamers dus hooguit de gasten van de andere kamer zijn er, en het personeel. In de middag komen er wat mensen in de beachclub chillen maar die zijn uiterlijk 18.00 weer weg en dan ben je weer (zo goed als) alleen. Een ideale plek dus om tot rust te komen! Wij zijn gaan snorkelen bij het hotel. Je kunt ook gaan kajakken. Je krijgt je eigen bedjes om te gaan liggen/zonnen. Het hotel ligt best een eindje van het dorp Mahahual vandaan, de weg naar Casa Hayhu is prima te doen (wel veel kuilen maar voor iedere auto oké). Je kunt bij het hotel gratis parkeren. Mocht je naar Mahahual gaan op een dag dat de cruise er is, betaal dan in pesos, scheelt de helft :-) Sommige mensen schreven over de geur, dat is alleen bij binnenkomst een beetje maar valt mee en op de kamer en op het strand ruik je het niet. Wel was er veel zeewier, maar dat is nou eenmaal de natuur. Wij vonden het een fantastisch verblijf en zouden het absoluut aanraden
