Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

The check-in process was swift, and the personalized service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated, featuring a harmonious mix of contemporary design and local influences. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtfully curated artwork. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The attentive waitstaff and inviting ambiance added to the overall dining experience. A big shoutout to Mara!!!! She´s the most helpfull concierge I´ve seen in Tulum. I can't wait to go back!

Very quiet and lovingly kept surroundings. Large modern yet Mexican style room with a super comfortable bed. Staff was super friendly and forthcoming. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and delicious egg dishes. We would have loved to stay longer.
