Another wonderful aspect is the friendly, open atmosphere of Tulum South Beach. It’s incredibly easy to meet people here—whether during beach walks, at nearby cafés, or over sunset cocktails—which adds a warm and social dimension to the otherwise tranquil experience. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, adding to the sense of personalized boutique hospitality. A special mention goes to the manager, Sonja, who was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the stay. SANA TULUM is perfect for travelers seeking a boutique eco-luxury experience, combining jungle, beach, sustainability, tranquility, and understated elegance in one of Tulum’s most beautiful settings. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special throughout our stay. Every request was met with a smile and handled promptly, making us feel truly pampered. One of the highlights of our trip was our visit to the spa for a couples massage and hydrotherapy experience. The spa was tranquil and beautifully designed, creating a calming escape within the resort. Our massage therapists were incredibly skilled, leaving us both feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The hydrotherapy circuit was equally luxurious, with soothing water treatments that felt like a perfect addition to the experience. It was such a memorable way to unwind together, and we’d highly recommend it for any couple visiting the resort. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful, with decor that felt luxurious and high-end. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into every detail, creating an ambiance that was both stylish and comfortable. We stayed in the preferred section of the resort and loved the added touches, including a hot tub on the balcony—such a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the views. The resort’s restaurants were fantastic, with a variety of options that catered to every palate. Each meal was a treat, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. Whether we were dining at the gourmet French restaurant, enjoying a more casual poolside lunch, or indulging in some late-night room service, the food was consistently excellent. The grounds of the resort were stunning, meticulously maintained with lush landscaping, and felt like an oasis. We especially loved the peaceful, beautifully landscaped pathways and vibrant flowers throughout. Whether lounging by the pool or strolling along the beach, the views were picture-perfect at every turn.

Beğendiğim bir tarafı yok.Farklı olsun diye yapılanlar ihtiyaç fonksiyonlarını yok etmiş.Saçma sapan mimari,taşmasız havuz(her an 3 kişi kepçeyle yaprak temizliyor) Kim neye göre taktir vermiş anlamak mümkün değil.Araştırıp gerçeği ortaya çıkarmak gerekir.

This place is a hidden gem away from the crowds of Playa del Carmen. Very quiet and lovingly kept surroundings. Large modern yet Mexican style room with a super comfortable bed. Staff was super friendly and forthcoming. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and delicious egg dishes. We would have loved to stay longer.
