We stayed at Ritz Residence for 4 nights and it was our best stay in Malaysia so far. From the beginning the communication was excellent and we got provided with useful details as to what address exactly to type in the Grab app and how go get in the building. The room is beautiful and modern and it was spotlessly cleaned and smelled really nice. The whole stay was a joy, they kelt checking on us making sure we were happy with everything. There are two pools and a gym also and a bit if a playground for kids. We swam there every day and exercised a little. Thank you for everything to all the Ritz Residence staff and hopefully see you again in the future.

Didnt take the breakfast in my package. The location is very good as it above Imago. Easy accessible to Grab too. The room is new and clean. the facilities provided are all excellent, A-class facilities like the new kettle as well as the dyson hairdryer. Water was given everyday as well as the pantry refill.

I have been travelling for 3 years and this place was exceptional and probably the nicest place I’ve stayed. The rooms and whole place is beautifully decorated and the hotel sits amongst a spa. They also have a restaurant attached. The place is family run and you could really tell how much thought and effort everyone put into making the place what it is! Everything is perfect. Although it is located a bit further out the city don’t let it put you off because you feel like you are in paradise inside. I got a massage done, which included a sit down with the doctor to tailor the massage to my health and wellbeing :) Staff are amazing and really kind too. A big thank you to all the staff for making it an amazing stay and especially to Fara for all your help :)

The BED was comfortable! The room was huge..the bathroom was enormous. The staff was very attentive. Very friendly Delicious breakfast with tons of choices. The rooftop bar was amazing.

Letovišče Sabah Hotel se nahaja na vrhu hriba in je obdano s tropskimi deževnimi gozdovi otoka Borneo. Zaplavate lahko v zunanjem bazenu, obedujete v 4 restavracijah in si v baru privoščite pijačo. The hotel is set in the middle of a tropical jungle, with a beautiful pool, a well equipped gym that also has a steam room and a sauna! The buffet breakfast was good and the entire hotel staff were excellent, everyone!!!

Set amidst a nature reserve overlooking the South China Sea, Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Kota Kinabalu features relaxing stays in elegantly furnished guest rooms. This resort is the definition of customer service. Everyone was so nice, helpful and accommodating to make sure you have the best stay. It was a wonderful trip with lots of good buffets. The resort is far from the main city so if you do plan to stay here, splurge and go all out with full board and enjoy all the activities provided within the resort. Will definitely return in the future for another relaxing stay.

Boasting 6 dining options, an exclusive Chi, The Spa and an outdoor pool with water jets, Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Kota Kinabalu offers luxury beachfront accommodation in Tanjung Aru. The staff is amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they were all really friendly. Special mention to chef Oliver, Connie, Jumiati and the rest of the staff in Café Tatu; Norman and the staff in the Horizon Lounge (top, top breakfast). It seems a little unfair to pick those out as every single staff member we encountered was exemplary at every level but we had the most interaction with them. Very well done to everyone. We will definitely be back!!
